I am invested in helping people progress in balancing relationships, creating appropriate boundaries, and navigating life transitions. My therapeutic style combines collaboration, solution-focused planning/strategizing, and cognitive-behavioral theory.

I have nearly two decades of experience working with people to decrease the things that they don’t like about themselves, and highlight the things that make them great. I have assisted children and adults /couples with improving their coping and communicative skills in route to addressing an array of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships. I utilize an integrative approach to treatment, adjusting to each person’s needs and goals. My clinical interests include contemporary psychoanalytic theory and practice, solution-focused therapy, strength-based interventions, and spirituality concerns.

My goal is to provide hope. Anyone can have freedom from any concern using tools they already possess, an integrative approach to treatment, and tailoring to each client’s needs and goals to achieve overall success. My clinical interests include contemporary psychoanalytic theory and practice, solution-focused therapy, strength-based interventions, and spirituality concerns.

I attained a Bachelor of Science degree from Moody Bible Institute in 1998. I completed a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2002 and have been a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Illinois since 2009.

Life happens. We work together to make sure that you see hope in action.
